Developing and maintaining movement literacy, motor skills, and overall quality of life is one of the most important aspects of our lives—and this is the primary goal of this class, alongside improving performance, body awareness, and physique, led by Attila Kovács, PE teacher and professional coach.

Traditional Hatha Yoga

This class focuses entirely on the precise learning and correct execution of asanas, including the fundamentals and proper breathing techniques.

It is primarily recommended for guests with sedentary lifestyles. Fundamental asanas provide the foundation, developed through thousands of years of anatomical knowledge. These help stretch muscles shortened by prolonged sitting, both in the upper body and the limbs. Twisting movements help release blockages and stiffness in the joints, also supporting detoxification.

This class also applies the balance between strength dynamics and relaxation. The essence of Hatha Yoga is creating balance—both in the asanas and in all areas of life. Special emphasis is placed on breathing techniques and the final relaxation, allowing guests to leave feeling relaxed, refreshed, and free of stress. Of course, pleasant music and essential oils are also part of the experience.

TRX and More

WHAT IS THIS CLASS?

This is an effective and enjoyable class built around TRX and other suspension training tools, in line with the F&M “Do it right” philosophy. The essence of suspension training is that you work with your own body weight, using gravity to perform the exercises.

It prepares the body and muscles for everyday challenges, with a strong focus on the core muscles, which are responsible for the stability of the spine and the entire body. This type of training is scientifically proven to have significant fat-burning effects, while also improving strength and body shaping.

TRX has been extremely popular in the fitness world since 2008, and other suspension tools have also emerged, each with its own advantages and specific features. In the “TRX and more” class, we use these tools in a varied way, helping you get the most out of your workout according to your individual fitness level.
