With exciting and varied exercises, I’ll help you get your body and mind into shape. The movements can be tailored to your individual level, so whether you’re a beginner or more advanced, you’ll find it rewarding. During the class, you’ll work with your own body weight as well as various equipment to discover what your body is capable of. For me, it’s just as important that you not only get fit, but also find a form of movement that brings you joy and refreshes you in everyday life. Baby-mommy class

MUMS FEEL THAT “WITH THEIR CHILD IN THEIR ARMS, THEIR BODY COMES BACK TO LIFE”

We warmly welcome little ones from the age of 2–3 months to this class.

Most attend until their child starts community life (e.g. nursery) and the mother returns to work.

Shared play and movement strengthen and deepen the bond between mother and baby, while the harmonious time spent together improves the well-being of both.

Mothers often say these classes provide both physical and mental recharge, offering a true break from daily routines.

Although the focus is on the mother’s workout, the exercises also support the baby’s physical development, helping lymphatic circulation and nervous system development, making them beneficial for the little ones as well.

The sessions help young mothers improve endurance and regain their pre-pregnancy shape through muscle toning and body shaping.

Rebuilding physical strength and strengthening the intimate area are especially important after childbirth, both for health and femininity.

For babies, the group environment supports the development of social skills, while mothers report that their little ones become more open and responsive to their surroundings.

The sessions take place in a relaxed and cheerful atmosphere, yet provide a truly effective workout, using step platforms, dumbbells, and other equipment.

WHAT IS THIS CLASS?

bodyART® is a holistic training method that draws its core elements from yoga, complemented by movements from physiotherapy and Japanese Do In, combined with a specialized breathing technique. This creates a perfect balance between training and relaxation.

In addition to static and dynamic strength exercises, the class includes a wide range of stretching and releasing movements, which are especially beneficial for muscles prone to shortening and weakening. All exercises require controlled and conscious execution, supported by proper breathing.

bodyART® training improves flexibility, strength, endurance, stamina, balance, stability, patience, and body awareness—developing essential skills and abilities for harmonious movement and a mindful lifestyle.

BodyMove

BodyMove is a movement-based workout that draws its core elements from yoga, complemented by exercises from physiotherapy and movements that support spinal health. The class begins with a short grounding phase, followed by spinal stretching and a thorough warm-up. This is followed by yoga poses that help develop body awareness.

In the second half of the class, dynamic and static stretching and relaxation exercises help calm the mind, ending with a guided relaxation.

With BodyMove training, your flexibility and overall fitness improve, along with many physical and mental functions commonly experienced through yoga practice, such as better sleep, improved concentration, and—perhaps most importantly—a calmer emotional state.

deepWORK™ is a workout based on simple, choreography-free movement sequences that intensely engage the whole body, regardless of age, gender, or fitness level. This unique group training challenges everyone, allowing participants to push their limits and improve from session to session.

HOW IS THE CLASS STRUCTURED?

Music, breathing, and the cycle of tension and release are key elements of this training method. Participants experience how simple yet challenging movements—such as squats, lunges, pulses, lifts, and twists—performed to energetic deep house music help them fully disconnect from everyday routines. As a result, deepWORK™ not only brings physical benefits but also supports mental balance.

WHO IS IT FOR?

Recommended for everyone, regardless of age or gender, who enjoys dynamic, well-structured, full-body functional training. All exercises can be modified to be easier or more challenging, and performed at your own pace, making it suitable for all fitness levels.
