Slow Yoga Flow

WHAT IS SLOW YOGA FLOW?

The entire atmosphere of the class focuses on arriving, turning inward, stretching, the flow of breath, and joyful practice within a flowing, varied format. All of this is accompanied by carefully selected, atmospheric music, to which the intensity and rhythm of the asanas are adapted.

After a short breathing awareness and grounding phase, we mobilize all major joints, then move the entire body in sync with the rhythm of the breath. The class is characterized by continuous flow from one movement to another—the so-called “flow” effect. Every exercise is performed in harmony with the breath, allowing the positive effects of the practice to fully unfold.

Balance exercises may appear in the second half of the class, helping to calm the mind. Towards the end, inverted poses are used as a cool-down, followed by an extended relaxation, leaving guests feeling relaxed, refreshed, and free from stress.

This class is recommended for those who enjoy flow-style practice, whether beginners or advanced. All exercises can be adapted to individual fitness levels. The core principle of the class is complete immersion, providing both physical and mental rejuvenation.

Stability workout

WHAT IS THIS CLASS?

The Stability Workout is an exciting new training concept that combines body shaping with elements that strengthen the core, joints, and overall stability. It’s an enjoyable yet highly challenging class featuring a variety of tools and exercises, where everyone can find—and overcome—their own level of challenge.

Using equipment such as the Bosu Balance Trainer, Stability Board (balance board), Bosu Ballast Ball (specialized stability ball), variable resistance tools filled with water and sand, as well as your own body weight, this class helps you build a healthy and fit physique. As one of our guests said: “This class is addictive!”

CLASS TYPE

Focused on achieving proper core and joint stability, which is essential for everyday life, hobbies, and even elite sports performance.

An exciting and enjoyable class driven by a great atmosphere and challenging exercises.

HOW IS THE CLASS STRUCTURED?

The class is built around four main segments:

– Strength training with weights and functional equipment
– Bodyweight exercises to develop coordinated, controlled, and aesthetically pleasing movement, while improving balance in unstable environments and strengthening the core and joints
– Use of dynamic resistance tools (e.g. sand- and water-filled equipment) to create more realistic movement patterns
– Together, these elements build a level of physical complexity that supports not only appearance, but also better movement quality, injury prevention, and faster skill development

WHO IS IT FOR?

– Athletes looking to improve performance and reduce injury risk
– Those involved in balance-focused sports such as wakeboarding, snowboarding, skiing, surfing, board sports, ball games, etc.
– Anyone who wants to train with a health-focused approach and prevent common musculoskeletal issues

All exercises can be modified to be easier or more challenging, so within a group setting, everyone can train at their own level and progress effectively.

Stretching, Mobility & Stretching

STRETCHING

Stretching, as the name suggests, refers to various techniques aimed at lengthening the muscles. Its goal is to maintain and improve the flexibility of muscles and joints. Many people don’t realize that proper muscle flexibility is essential for improving strength and endurance, as well as maintaining healthy posture and harmonious movement.

It’s also important to note that a stretching class is not just passive stretching—it also includes stabilization and strengthening elements.

Stretching helps restore, maintain, and improve muscle flexibility. As a result, it reduces the risk of injury, lowers the likelihood of muscle soreness, and decreases stress hormone (cortisol) levels in the body.

Stretching also accelerates recovery, allowing muscles to regain elasticity. Flexible muscles can generate greater force, function more efficiently, and move through a greater range of motion compared to shortened, stiff muscles. This is why stretching is recommended for everyone who exercises regularly—whether it’s running, functional training, or weightlifting—as well as for those who simply want to feel good and stay healthy.

MOBILITY AND STRETCHING

Mobility training involves moving joints through their full range of motion. Over time, this helps to safely increase mobility and range of motion.

It improves posture, enhances body awareness, and helps prevent joint issues.

Through stretching, we improve the muscles’ ability to contract and lengthen, increasing their flexibility. This leads to greater range of motion, improved muscular endurance, and reduced risk of injury.
