ABOUT ME:

I consider myself lucky to do what I truly love. Sport has been a constant part of my life, and after 13 years of competitive athletics, I decided to pass on the knowledge I’ve gained about developing physical abilities and understanding the human body.

It’s fascinating how movement and sport impact every aspect of our lives. Why? Simply put: because you take time to focus on yourself. “A healthy body, a healthy mind…” With regular exercise, you’ll truly experience how real this is. Your lifestyle becomes calmer and more balanced, your confidence grows, and you feel more self-assured in everyday life.

Alongside my knowledge and preventive approach, my main focus is on developing strength endurance. Through functional training methods, we can improve, transform, and shape our bodies (including body fat percentage) in the most varied and enjoyable ways. It’s also a great challenge for you—you’d be surprised what you’re capable of. In my experience, much more than you think.
