ABOUT ME:

Sport has been part of my life since childhood—swimming, martial arts (kung fu, capoeira), as well as functional and weight training have always been part of my routine.

My goal is to help people build a sustainable, fit, and health-conscious lifestyle.

From experience, I know that it’s not easy to make time for regular exercise alongside a busy everyday life. That’s why I believe it’s especially important to make the most of the time you dedicate to training.

In both my personal and group sessions, I place great emphasis on structured workouts and proper execution.

Given today’s lifestyle—especially with so much sitting—prevention is key to ensure optimal progress and avoid injuries.
