Would you like to get to know a part of my background, so you know who you’ll be training with?

I was born in 1967, so I could easily be your mom—that’s why I sometimes call you “my dear” or “my girl.”

I’ve been active in sports since childhood; movement has been an essential part of my life since I could walk. I was considered quite talented in athletics and handball by my coaches, but eventually I turned toward aerobics, and I’ve been working in fitness studios for 25 years. For the past 20 years, I’ve been passionately dedicated to working with expectant mothers.

I hold a teaching degree, several instructor certifications, and have thousands of hours of professional experience. After the long pandemic period, I continue my work as an instructor at F&M Fitness and More with the same enthusiasm. In my prenatal and baby-mom classes, I bring my full knowledge, a friendly and relaxed atmosphere, and a wide variety of exercises to every session.

Over the decades, I have continuously deepened my knowledge: I studied physiotherapy, observed physiotherapists at work, explored topics in obstetrics and gynecology, and completed exams in anatomy and psychology. I have frequently consulted with obstetricians, midwives, doulas, and health visitors. I have also had the opportunity to be present at childbirth—and I myself am the mother of four now-grown children.

I gladly share my personal experiences, ideas, and solutions as a mother with my clients, with whom I often build close, almost friendly relationships. I even tested my dynamic prenatal exercise program during two of my own pregnancies. Today’s active, health-conscious young women enjoy and regularly attend my classes—and often recommend them to others, for which I am truly grateful. I continuously expand my knowledge and tools to serve them even better.

I firmly believe that specialized, professionally designed prenatal exercise has a highly positive effect on both the physical and mental well-being of expectant mothers, helping them prepare for the extraordinary experience of childbirth.

I am proud that many of my clients return to me during their second or even third pregnancies, once again choosing me to support their physical activity, fitness, and health. At their request, I also developed the baby-mom workout program, becoming the first to offer it as a group class—so mothers can stay active after giving birth without having to leave their babies behind.

It brings me great joy to know that I can contribute, even in a small way, to a smooth, joyful, and active pregnancy, and to creating a positive shared experience that strengthens the bond between mother and child.
