ABOUT ME:
My name is Dóri Hegedüs, and it’s an honor to be here with you. I could start by saying that I first stood at the ballet barre at the age of 6—which is absolutely true. Thanks to my dedication and perseverance, I have participated in numerous competitions, including Hungarian and European Championships, as well as many performances and shows. I have appeared on the ATV program “Legszebbek Showja” and regularly performed at balls and various events.
I completed my dance pedagogy training at the National Association of Modern Dance. For years, I led dance groups and classes, working with children from as young as 4 years old. In addition, I graduated from the Hungarian University of Physical Education as a sports coach with a specialization in aerobics.
I have been active in sports for 36 years, and it remains a daily part of my life. I continuously develop myself and strive to stay up to date professionally. Clients come to me for weight loss, strength development, and prevention. The first step is always defining their goals—what they want to achieve—and then we work together in the same direction to reach them.
