ABOUT ME:
My journey into fitness began through both individual and team sports, where I discovered training and its many disciplines. I am continuously educating myself and strive to integrate everything I learn into my sessions.
Prevention: As part of a preventive approach, our work together always begins with an initial assessment.
Assessment: Movement screening helps us understand which exercises are suitable for you and where corrective work may be needed.
Training Plan: Based on the results, we move forward with a personalized training plan tailored to your goals.
I consider it my main task to develop proper body awareness, teach fundamental movement patterns, and build the mobility required for them. Sustainable progress also depends on lifestyle habits outside the gym, which I actively help to shape.
