The focus of my coaching work is health. I believe that a body trained, nourished, and rested in a healthy way will reward the effort invested in it. Striving for a healthy lifestyle does not hinder aesthetic goals—in fact, conscious training and living result in a strong, flexible, and youthful body.

My sessions are built around functional training, using a wide variety of equipment. I love dynamic, positive, and engaging workouts, and I aim for my clients to leave feeling energized and return with enthusiasm.

The importance of health has been part of my life since childhood, as I grew up in a family of doctors. Discussions about the challenges of restoring health were a constant part of my everyday life. After high school, I studied at ELTE, earning degrees in law and political science, with a strong focus on the healthcare system. After university, I worked as a legal and policy analyst at a background institute of the Ministry of Health.

My sports background is rooted in athletics. I have been passionate about running since the age of 9, training as a sprinter until I was 20 and competing as a member of the Hungarian national team. Alongside athletics, I also swam and practiced ballet as a child. As a university student, I fenced, skied, and began running longer distances, eventually completing two marathons (Paris, Vienna) and competing in Olympic-distance triathlons (Mallorca, Norwich). Recently, I have also taken up climbing.

In 2010, I moved to London, where I was inspired by the vibrant world of fitness and large gyms, leading me to shift my career path. I first qualified as a fitness instructor and started working at Virgin Active, one of the UK’s leading gym chains. I then progressed into personal training, and after a year of coaching, I completed my master trainer qualification.

Alongside personal training, I have led both small and large group classes, primarily focusing on high-intensity interval training (HIIT) and functional circuit training.

To further develop my expertise, I pursued studies in sports therapy and became a qualified sports massage therapist. I now work with both healthy and injured athletes, as well as recreational exercisers, supporting them through sports massage and recovery. My goal is to continue expanding my knowledge in sports rehabilitation.

My experience with physical injuries led me to work with individuals whose health conditions limit their physical abilities. This inspired me to become a medical fitness specialist, enabling me to support people living with chronic conditions in improving their health through training.

Currently, I am focusing on how to enhance health and training results through nutrition, and I am continuing my studies in this field.
