He has been researching the nutritional aspects of sports, weight management, and health maintenance for more than 25 years, and has been working on nutrigenetics and nutrigenomics since 2016, exploring the interactions between genes and nutrients and adapting this knowledge to practice.

You can choose from several convenient payment methods: the easiest way is to use your F&M card balance, which is always at hand, but you can also pay for your consumption from your phone/smartwatch or bank card.

The opening hours of the Vitaminbár adapt to the number of visitors to the room. During quieter periods, you can get the most necessary things at the entrance reception.

In our newest studio, we offer premium SPINNING and REEBOK equipment, complemented by state-of-the-art sound and lighting. As a result, the pores of the skin expand and become clean, the secretion of the sebaceous glands increases, blood circulation becomes more lively, the muscles relax, and the catarrh of the mucous membrane of the respiratory tract also dissolves.

The steam bath is performed in steam chambers with a temperature of 35-40 °C and a high water vapor content. As a result, the pores of the skin expand and become clean, the secretion of the sebaceous glands increases, blood circulation becomes more active, the muscles relax, and the catarrh of the respiratory tract mucosa also dissolves.
In the steam bath, heavy sweating occurs in a short time, and due to the high humidity, the sweat cannot evaporate, which causes heat congestion. This is a great strain on the heart and blood circulation, so even completely healthy people can only stay for 10-15 minutes, and patients can only use it on medical advice. The body heated in the steam bath must be gradually cooled in a lukewarm and then a cold bath, followed by at least 30 minutes of rest.
The temperature of the hot air chamber is 60-80 °C, but the air is dry and contains little water vapor, so sweat can evaporate. It is used for training healthy people or for athletes to reduce body weight.

6. The fixtures and equipment located in the restrooms can only be used for their intended purpose; it is prohibited to throw or place garbage, waste (e.g. rags, intimate pads), or hazardous materials in the drain or toilet.

The blood vessels dilate, making blood circulation continuous, the metabolism accelerates, and the body's resistance increases. Excess and harmful substances are eliminated with sweat during the metabolic process caused by cell activation and blood circulation.

Due to the different operation compared to a normal sauna, there are also differences in its effect.

1. The infrared sauna operates at a lower temperature, which means a more pleasant stay indoors.

2. Its 30-minute use means a loss of 300 calories. Compared to a normal sauna, its use reshapes the figure better, is more effective in relaxing the muscles, and stimulates the body shaping better with the intensive circulation of the lymphatic fluid. Therefore, it is better for weight loss.

3. It has a spectacular effect on the skin, thanks to its pore cleansing and cell regeneration effect.

4. The amount of sweating is about three times that of a traditional sauna, it has a 20-60 times detoxifying potential and there is a 3-7 times greater amount of non-water-like components in the sweat.
