deepWORK™ is a workout based on simple, choreography-free movement sequences that intensely engage the whole body, regardless of age, gender, or fitness level. This unique group training challenges everyone, allowing participants to push their limits and improve from session to session.
HOW IS THE CLASS STRUCTURED?
Music, breathing, and the cycle of tension and release are key elements of this training method. Participants experience how simple yet challenging movements—such as squats, lunges, pulses, lifts, and twists—performed to energetic deep house music help them fully disconnect from everyday routines. As a result, deepWORK™ not only brings physical benefits but also supports mental balance.
WHO IS IT FOR?
Recommended for everyone, regardless of age or gender, who enjoys dynamic, well-structured, full-body functional training. All exercises can be modified to be easier or more challenging, and performed at your own pace, making it suitable for all fitness levels. Great music keeps you motivated throughout the class and helps you push through even the toughest moments. Also recommended for men.
