Baby-mommy class

We warmly welcome little ones from the age of 2–3 months to this class.
Most attend until their child starts community life (e.g. nursery) and the mother returns to work.
Shared play and movement strengthen and deepen the bond between mother and baby, while the harmonious time spent together improves the well-being of both.
Mothers often say these classes provide both physical and mental recharge, offering a true break from daily routines.
Although the focus is on the mother’s workout, the exercises also support the baby’s physical development, helping lymphatic circulation and nervous system development, making them beneficial for the little ones as well.
The sessions help young mothers improve endurance and regain their pre-pregnancy shape through muscle toning and body shaping.
Rebuilding physical strength and strengthening the intimate area are especially important after childbirth, both for health and femininity.
For babies, the group environment supports the development of social skills, while mothers report that their little ones become more open and responsive to their surroundings.
The sessions take place in a relaxed and cheerful atmosphere, yet provide a truly effective workout, using step platforms, dumbbells, and other equipment.
