ABOUT ME:

Sport and movement have been part of my life since the age of six. I started with rhythmic gymnastics, then moved on to competitive dance, played basketball in high school, and also spent time swimming—so I’ve explored many different forms of movement over the years.

I truly connected with yoga in 2018. Although I had tried it before, it became an important part of my life when I needed it the most. I completed my yoga teacher training between 2019–2020, and from the beginning I knew that if I were to teach, I wanted to do it in a creative and unique way.

That’s how my “yoga workout” class was born—a fusion of yoga with Pilates and fitness elements.

This class is designed for those who are curious about yoga but may not feel at home in traditional Hatha yoga, find Ashtanga too intense or unfamiliar, or think stress-relief yoga is too slow or “boring.” My goal is to show how versatile, dynamic, and exciting yoga can be by blending it with other training styles.

I especially recommend this class if you:

  • prefer more dynamic workouts
  • want to build strength or tone your body
  • are open to yoga but haven’t found the right style yet

You don’t need any prior yoga experience—beginners are absolutely welcome! With the addition of cardio, Pilates, and strength elements, my classes are always varied, engaging, and far from repetitive.

I’ve been attending F&M since 2016, so it’s a special joy for me to now teach here as well. If I can inspire even one person to try yoga—someone who thought it was just stretching, or believed they weren’t flexible enough, or didn’t think it could be challenging—then I’ve already achieved my goal.

Give it a try—maybe this will be the version of yoga that finally clicks for you 😉
