ABOUT ME:
Sport gives me strength, confidence, and reinforces my belief in myself. It reminds me every day of my ability to create and grow—even when the weight of everyday life sometimes makes me forget this.
My goal is to help my clients experience the same through training. That’s why, alongside precision and attention to detail, my sessions place strong emphasis on encouragement, positive reinforcement, and motivation. I support you in first becoming aware of your limits—and then pushing beyond them.
During my workouts, repetitions, weights, and exercise types are always adaptable. I tailor each session to you, so whether you are an elite athlete or someone restarting after 10 years, you will face a challenging yet achievable goal.
