Sport and movement are defining parts of my life. I always strive to be better than my yesterday’s self—both in knowledge and physical performance.

My core principle is that all movement starts from the core. If your core is strong and stable, you can perform at your very best.

As a strength and conditioning coach, I use functional exercises in my classes to help you become more stable, stronger, and more mobile.

Sport gives motivation, strength, and a sense of achievement!
