A few years ago, I came across the Spinning® program by chance—and I’ve been in love with it ever since. For me, Spinning® is not just a workout, but a source of joy for the soul. Countless pedal strokes, emotions, experiences, and shared journeys inspired me to take the step and get on the instructor bike myself in September 2023.
