I worked in an office environment for 10 years, and I experienced firsthand how hard it is to get started with training, to follow inconsistent workout plans, to get injured, and to constantly start over—whether it’s training or another quick diet…
Living with insulin resistance, hypothyroidism, and histamine intolerance, I often felt lost and frustrated.
