If you’re reading this, you’re probably considering joining one of my group classes. You might even recognize me, as I’ve been training at Fitness & More since 2017.
However, like many people, I didn’t grow up with a sporty lifestyle. As a child, I wasn’t very active (no one in my family really was), which later led to a rather inactive, slightly overweight adult life. When I started attending group classes, I realized that exercise isn’t a form of self-torture—it can actually be an enjoyable activity. In addition to helping me lose weight, I gained many great community experiences through group training. 🫶 Over time, I grew to love gym classes so much that I wanted to learn how to train properly and effectively. To ensure professional credibility and high-quality coaching, I completed two fitness training programs, taking my knowledge from “enthusiast” to “trainer” level. 📚🤓
As someone who works a full-time desk job, I know how hard it is to fit exercise into everyday life. 👩🏼💻 But if I make it to a workout, it should be effective, enjoyable, and in a great atmosphere! That’s what I expect as a client—and that’s exactly what I offer in my group classes. ☝️
I won’t be working out alongside you—I’ll be focused entirely on you, making sure you perform each exercise correctly, at the right intensity, while enjoying the session! 👊
