ABOUT ME:

As a naturally energetic and constantly active child, it’s no surprise that I quickly found my way onto the sports field. Thanks to my PE teacher, I discovered my first true passion—athletics, the “queen of sports.” I pursued it competitively for many years and consider myself lucky, as my coaches taught me the importance of building strong, stable foundations—because from there, the sky is truly the limit. They also showed me how much motivation a great coach can provide.

As a personal trainer, I aim to pass on these experiences and the joy that movement brings me, while helping my clients realize just how much they are capable of.
