I am Gorosics Csenge, a certified Vinyasa and Hatha yoga instructor.
Sport has been part of my life since childhood through dance. I have always considered regular physical activity important, as it is one of the best ways to get to know our bodies, understand our physical limits, and maintain our health. Practicing yoga also helps calm the nervous system, supporting inner peace—which is probably why I fell so deeply in love with it.
I began practicing yoga more consciously in 2022 in Bali, where I had the opportunity to spend six months learning from amazing teachers. The next step came in spring 2024, when I completed my Vinyasa and Hatha teacher training. During our sessions, I aim to share kindness, the joy of movement, develop body awareness, and help you slow down a little in today’s fast-paced world.
In my classes, I incorporate breathing exercises and meditation techniques that you can use anytime, while also ensuring a full-body workout and improving your balance. Thanks to my dance background, I especially love flow-style classes, and I usually build my sessions around that approach.
