ABOUT ME

I have always been searching for something more than just “physical” training—something with deeper meaning that becomes a lifestyle, influencing every area of life. In 2012, I attended my first Spinning® class and quickly fell in love with this form of movement.

In 2015, I completed the Spinning® Instructor certification, and since then I have continued to attend further training courses and events whenever possible. I taught my first Spinning® class on March 15, 2015, and have been an active instructor in various gyms and sports centers ever since.

For me, Spinning® represents freedom and harmony. Everyone can follow their own path, yet still function together as a team. I consider regular training essential, as there are few better ways to face yourself, measure your limits, and develop both your abilities and your personality. It is truly a form of movement that trains both the body and the mind.

To this day—and forever—it remains my passion.
