PERSONAL TRAINING

During personal training, I focus entirely on you. My professional approach is simple: just as you carefully plan your business, I design your training program with the same level of precision. I won’t let you give up—my greatest success is when you achieve your desired physique, health, or athletic performance. You’ll receive full support from me every step of the way.

When you come to train with me, that one hour is yours—you step out of the daily rush and focus only on your goals. I combine your motivation with my expertise so you can reach the results you’re aiming for.


DUO OR TRIO TRAINING

In duo or trio sessions, you still receive much more attention than in group classes, but at a more affordable price than personal training. You don’t all have to do the same exercises—people with different fitness levels and goals can train together. You don’t even need to form the group yourself—just reach out, and I’ll help match you with others.


STRENGTH & CONDITIONING FOR ATHLETES

I provide supplementary strength and conditioning training for both competitive and recreational athletes. I have experience in multiple sports and studied a wide range of disciplines at the University of Physical Education. Over the past 14 years, I’ve worked with athletes from various sports, designing and leading their conditioning programs. I’m confident I can help you improve in your sport as well.

More and more athletes take advantage of this, as between two technically equal competitors, the one in better physical (and mental) condition will achieve better results.


GROUP CLASSES

In my group sessions, we always train to my favorite music, making the workouts enjoyable and energizing. The group atmosphere is motivating—we push through tough moments together and celebrate at the end, knowing we’ve taken another step toward our goals.

In my free time, I enjoy outdoor sports—my favorites are skiing, kayaking, and rollerblading, but I also enjoy playing chess and going to the theatre.
