In our newest studio, we offer premium SPINNING and REEBOK equipment, complemented by state-of-the-art sound and lighting. Join us for a variety of classes, including Spinning, body conditioning and strength training, dance-based workouts, as well as sessions designed for mums, mums-to-be, and babies.

Facility rules
- The Aquarium room can only be visited in clean, closed-toe shoes. Slippers or sandals are not allowed for safety reasons.
- Please keep the ticket you received at the reception with you and hand it to the instructor before the class starts!
- If you are attending a Spinning® class, if you are cycling in cleats, please do not step on the fitness floor with them! Only traditional sports shoes are allowed in the fitness section.
- If you are attending a Spinning® class, please wipe your bike after the class using the cleaning agent and paper towels provided!
- If you are attending a Spinning® class, a maximum of 1 liter water bottles or plastic bottles can be placed in the bottle holders of the bikes.
- Please do not bring food or drinks in glasses into the room. Drinks are only allowed from bottles or water bottles.
- When attending a Spinning® class, changing pedals or using your own pedals is not allowed. The pedals of the bikes can be used with training shoes or SPD cleat cycling shoes.
- If this is your first time visiting us, be sure to inform the instructor.
- Please inform the instructor if you have any health problems!
- Everyone can attend Spinning® classes at their own risk.
