House rules

(This is an automatic translation of the original house rules (“Házirend” – written in Hungarian). In the event of any dispute, the original version shall prevail.

F&M Fitness & More

The purpose of these House Rules is to define general standards of conduct and requirements for guests staying at or using the services of the F&M Fitness and More center (address: 1123 Budapest, Csörsz utca 14–16.; hereinafter: “F&M Center”), as well as to provide general information on the proper use of services, in order to preserve the condition of the facility, maintain a high level of service, and ensure safe operation.


1. General Information

1.1. The F&M Center is operated by Fájdalom-Ambulancia Ltd. (registered office: 1123 Budapest, Csörsz utca 14–16.; company reg. no.: 01-09-729362; hereinafter: “Operator”).

1.2. By entering the F&M Center or using its services, guests automatically and expressly accept these House Rules and acknowledge their obligation to comply with them at all times. The Operator reserves the right to monitor compliance and take necessary action.

1.3. These House Rules are available on-site at the F&M Center and on the website fandm.hu.

1.5. The F&M Center reserves the right to amend these House Rules.


2. General Rules

2.1. The F&M Center is private property. Facilities, equipment, and services may only be used as intended and in accordance with these House Rules.

2.2. Guests use all services at their own risk. The F&M Center excludes liability for damages resulting from use of its services or equipment, unless such exclusion is prohibited by law.

2.3. The F&M Center is not liable for damages resulting from violations of these House Rules, including loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings.

2.4. The Operator is not responsible for lost or stolen items, or items left in lockers or on the premises.
Free valuables storage is available near reception in a monitored area. Liability is only assumed for items placed in the designated valuables locker.
Guests are advised not to leave valuables unattended and to always properly lock their lockers.

2.5. Lockers and valuables storage may only be used during opening hours. Upon departure, lockers must be left empty and open. All lockers are cleared after closing.

2.6. Found items must be handed in at reception, where a report will be made.

2.7. F&M Card:
Guests must report lost or stolen cards immediately.
Guests with a negative card balance cannot enter or exit through the access gates. Assistance can be requested from staff.

2.8. Wellness:
Use of the wellness area is at the guest’s own risk and subject to the rules displayed at the entrance.

2.9. Parking:
Parking conditions are determined by the operator and may change. Details are available on fandm.hu.

2.10. Code of Conduct:

  • Guests must maintain cleanliness and order.
  • Services must be used without disturbing others.
  • Intoxicated, drug-influenced, infectious, or unfit individuals are not allowed.
  • Pregnant guests use services at their own risk.
  • Children under 14 may only use the gym under parental and personal trainer supervision.
  • Aggressive or disruptive behavior is strictly prohibited.
  • Offensive behavior toward staff may result in refusal of entry or suspension of membership.
  • The Operator may deny access or remove guests violating the rules.
  • Appropriate sportswear is required.
  • Animals are not allowed.
  • Alcohol consumption and smoking (including e-cigarettes) are prohibited.
  • Dangerous substances, weapons, drugs, or alcohol are not allowed.
  • Bicycles and scooters are not permitted inside.
  • Glass or sharp objects are prohibited in training areas. Drinks must be in plastic bottles.
  • Commercial activities and promotions are not allowed without prior approval.
  • Recording (audio, video, photo) requires prior approval.
  • Only authorized trainers may conduct training sessions.

3. Use of Facilities

3.1. Wellness and Changing Rooms

  • Separate changing rooms and showers are provided, with a co-ed wellness area.
  • Locker, shower gel, and hairdryer use are included in ticket prices.
  • Swimwear is required in the wellness area; sauna sheets must be used.
  • Slippers are mandatory in wellness and shower areas.
  • Facilities must be used properly; improper disposal of waste is prohibited.

3.2. Fitness Area

  • Equipment must be used as intended.
  • Equipment must be returned after use.
  • Guests are financially liable for damage or loss.
  • Equipment use is at own risk; staff assistance is available.
  • Only F&M equipment may be used.
  • Proper sportswear and towel use are required.
  • Street clothes or dirty shoes are not allowed.
  • Staff may deny access for inappropriate attire.
  • Only closed sports shoes are allowed.

3.3. Cross Gym, Aquarium, Body & Mind, Pilates/Yoga Rooms

  • Appropriate attire is required.
  • Rooms may only be used during classes under instructor supervision.

4. Group Classes

  • Tickets must be presented to the instructor.
  • Participation is at own risk and requires suitable health condition.
  • Capacity is limited; entry is on a first-come basis.
  • Entry allowed max. 30 minutes before class.
  • Late arrivals (15+ minutes) may be refused entry.
  • Schedule subject to change.

5. Childcare

  • Available for guests’ children (6 months–10 years) for max. 2 hours.
  • Opening hours:
    Mon–Fri: 08:30–18:30
    Sat: 08:30–12:30
    Sun: closed
  • Only healthy children may be admitted.
  • Registration form required.
  • Indoor shoes required.
  • Parents must provide diapers/food if needed.
  • No supervision for special-needs children.
  • Use is at parent’s own risk.

6. Emergencies

Emergency numbers:
112 (general), 104 (ambulance), 105 (fire), 107 (police)

First aid kit available at reception and Vitamin Bar.
Defibrillator available at Vitamin Bar.

In emergencies, activities must stop immediately and the building must be evacuated following marked escape routes. Elevators must not be used.


7. Opening Hours

Services are available only during opening hours:
Mon–Fri: 06:00–22:00
Sat–Sun: 07:45–20:00

Guests must leave by closing time.

The Operator reserves the right to close the facility for private events, with prior notice.
