WHAT IS THIS CLASS?
bodyART® is a holistic training method that draws its core elements from yoga, complemented by movements from physiotherapy and Japanese Do In, combined with a specialized breathing technique. This creates a perfect balance between training and relaxation.
In addition to static and dynamic strength exercises, the class includes a wide range of stretching and releasing movements, which are especially beneficial for muscles prone to shortening and weakening. All exercises require controlled and conscious execution, supported by proper breathing.
