With exciting and varied exercises, I’ll help you get your body and mind into shape. The movements can be tailored to your individual level, so whether you’re a beginner or more advanced, you’ll find it rewarding. During the class, you’ll work with your own body weight as well as various equipment to discover what your body is capable of. For me, it’s just as important that you not only get fit, but also find a form of movement that brings you joy and refreshes you in everyday life.
