F&M (fitness and more) is one of the most modern fitness complexes in the country, spread over 2700 sqm, located in Buda, in the MoM Sport area.

In addition to our professional Cybex equipment and carefully composed group classes, our guests can take part in more than 20 different types of group classes in our air-conditioned rooms equipped with top-quality sound technology (e.g. Spinning, Hot Iron, DeepWork, TRX, Functional Circuit Training, BodyART, Body Shaping, Dance, etc.). After training, they can relax in our cozy wellness lounge, in addition to the Finnish sauna, steam and infrared cabins.

We have opened the largest Cross room in the area at 220 sqm! We are waiting for Cross training enthusiasts with brand new equipment and qualified new coaches. In the new Cross room, which meets all needs, we hold group and individual classes, as well as the well-known and proven functional circuit training, TRX, and other classes for larger groups!

In addition to the fact that everyone can find the most enjoyable form of training for them, whether their goal is to lose weight, get stronger, or improve their stamina, the uniqueness of our room lies in our unique concept. Our medical partner is the Pain Ambulance, which has been operating since 2003, and whose main field of expertise is the treatment and rehabilitation of musculoskeletal injuries.

Our committed goal is to develop long-term training plans for our guests that are preventive, take into account personal physical characteristics, are based on awareness, and help develop and achieve the expected optimal results. With the use of our state-of-the-art movement analysis and biomechanical laboratory, we can examine gait, balance, maximum strength, knee joint movement, or even 3D ultrasound-based spine assessments to reveal the body’s hidden reserves and abilities that can still be developed, as well as whether it is overloaded or at risk of injury.

When designing our service range, we took great care to ensure that everyone can find the exercise they like and that everyone can enjoy their time with us in comfort and peace. We provide qualified childcare every day of the week for our guests arriving with small children.
