1. What do I have to do, when I’m at F&M fitness and more for the first time?

If you are new at us, first you have to fill in the registration form, we take a picture of you, and you get into our system. After this you will get a magnetic pass, which you can use to enter and to open/close your locker.

2. How do I use my pass in F&M fitness and more?

You can use it to enter the entrance gate, and to open and close your locker. It is also helps fast identification at the reception and vitamin bar.

3. Can two people use the same pass?

No, one pass is only for one person at a time. If you closed your locker, it can only be opened with your pass.

4. What should I do if I forgot my locker number?

There is pass reader equipment right next to the locker room entrance. All you have to do is to put your card in front of the sensor, and your locker number will appear on the screen.

5. Can I rent a towel?

Yes, you can ask for a towel at the reception. Its fee is 300 Forints, with 1 000 Forints of deposit. Due to hygienic reasons the use of towel is obligatory at our fitness unit.

7. How can I use child care unit? What is the price?

The child care with professional nurse is a free service for our guests. The opening hours from Monday to Friday are 8:00 to 12:00 and 16:00-19:00, on Saturdays and Sundays 9:00-13:00.

8. Is there a daily pass that is valid for fitness unit and group sessions at the same time?

Yes. With the combined, unlimited daily pass you can use fitness, cardio and wellness unit, as well as take part in any group sessions with a single entry. The 1, 3, 6 or 12 months combined passes also include all the above services.

9. Is there a club coach available every day?

Yes, a coach is available every day (weekdays and weekends) in every opening hours, ready for help or answer your questions.

10. Do I have to check in for the group sessions? How can I do that?

It’s useful to check in to sessions like spinning, TRX, etc. You can do that either by phone contacts or personally at our reception desk.

11.In which hours can I use my off-time pass?

With the off-time passes you can enter between 06:00-16:00 on weekdays, and all day on the weekends.

12. In which hours can I use my morning pass?

With the morning pass you can enter between 06:00-10:00 on weekdays and all day on the weekends.

13. In which hours can I use my day-pass?

With the day-pass you can enter between 10:00-16:00 on weekdays and all day on the weekends.

14. Can I extend the validity period of my pass?

The occasional and monthly passes’ (1,3,6,12 months) validity can’t be extended.

15. Is there special pass for children?

You can buy 1 and 8 sessions pass for kids. You can find the prices HERE .

16. Can I use wellness unit for free?

Yes, you can use the wellness unit for free by buying at least a daily pass, (also at first-time test-occasion).

17. How can I have personal training?

First you have to book an available time with the trainer (CONTACT US ), then at arrival, you have to inform receptionist about which trainer is waiting for you. There is a possibility to buy 1, 5 and 10 pack of personal training sessions. You receive your ticket at the reception; you have to pass it to the trainer before the session.

18. Can we have personal training for two?

Yes. We have 1, 5 and 10 pack of personal training sessions. First you have to book an available time with the trainer (CONTACT US) and then at arrival, you have to inform the receptionist which trainer is waiting for you. You receive your ticket at the reception; you have to pass it to the trainer before the session. The 2 persons personal training passes are registered to a person and so it’s not possible to hand it over to someone else. You can find details of our fees

19. Can I buy a pass as a present?

Yes. In case the value is at least 15 000 Forints, we can provide plastic pass with a name on it in stylish gift box, which is a popular present for several occasions.

20. One pass can only be used by one person?

Yes, our passes are personal with a photo; only its owner can use it. Passes are not transferable.

21. What can I do if I loose my pass?

We can provide another pass for you at the reception for 3 000 HUF.

22. What are the payment methods?

You can use cash, SZÉP card (MKB, K&H, OTP) and also Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro and American Express debit and credit cards.

23. Do you accept AYCM card?

Yes, XL and XXL cards are acceptable.

24. Is there discount offer for students and pensioners?

Yes. With daytime student card until 24 years of age and with pensioners’ card you get 10% discount from off-time monthly passes. See the details about our fees here

25. Is there and discount offer for Hegyvidéki residents?

With Hegyvidék card we offer 10% discount of the full price passes. With the card we can also extend the availability of the occasional passes (5, 10, 20 and 30 occasions pass with 15 extra days, 100 occasions pass with 30 extra days)

26. Are you open on feast days?

Yes, with weekend schedule.

27. Can I ask for a VAT invoice?

Yes, please tell your request to the receptionist.
